Private, female-led care in Richmond for incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum recovery — with University of Melbourne postgraduate training.
What is it?
The pelvic floor supports your bladder and bowel and plays a key role in continence and core stability. Pelvic floor physiotherapy assesses how these muscles are working — weak, overactive or poorly coordinated — and retrains them so your body works the way it should.

Your care is led by Zali Rayment, a women's health physiotherapist with postgraduate training in pelvic floor rehabilitation from the University of Melbourne. With experience from Embrace Physio and elite sports clubs, Zali is passionate about reducing the stigma around pelvic floor dysfunction — and everything is private, respectful and judgement-free.
